Chicken Manchurian (Quick Recipe) Cooked with AG Food Chicken Meatball by @herfoodieblog

■ Chicken Meat Ball ( 1 packet )
■ Oil / Butter – For Frying
■ Ketchup – 1 Tsp.
■ Chili Sauce – Half Tsp.
■ Soya Sauce – Half Tsp.
■ Oyster Sauce – Half Tsp.
■ Corn flour- Half Tsp.
■ Thai Leaf – 1 piece
■ Onion – 2 pieces
■ Chili – As per taste
■ Salt to tasteMethod :
  1. In a frying pan add some oil and fry the chicken balls for 3-4 minutes until it turns golden brown.
  2. In another pan add some oil / butter.
  3. Now add the fried chicken balls and other ingredients one by one
  4. Mix the corn flour in cold water and pour it on the pan gradually. Toss for 3-4 minutes and turn off the stove once everything becomes a little sticky just like my picture.
  5. Serve with plain rice / fried rice.

🎆 If you want to get the perfect aroma don’t forget to add Thai leaves. This enhances the taste and flavor
