BBQ Chicken with Sautéed Veggies

To prepare the chicken:


1. Marinated it with 1tbsp oil, 1tbsp garlic, 1tbsp ginger, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1tbsp lemon juice, 1tsp salt, 1/2tsp black pepper, 1/2 BBQ sauce, and mixed spices.

2. After 3 hours of marination, grill it for around 15-20 minutes on both sides with thin cuts on the chicken.

3. Once it starts giving the glaze take it off and let it rest for 5 minutes. Add a little BBQ sauce, chili sauce & red chili powder to get the full flavor!

Add tomato and onion grilled to make it a wholesome dish and some sauteed veggies and sprinkled them with spices.
